MA. Economics is a two years post-graduation course and its syllabus has been divided into four semesters. This course generally covers the study of principles of economic theory, micro- and macroeconomics, comparative economic systems, money and banking systems, international economics, quantitative analytical methods, applications to specific industries and public policy issues, etc. The students who have completed any graduation with a minimum of 40-50% mark have been eligible to secure admission for this course. For economic graduates, a huge number of career opportunities are available across India in both Govt/Private sectors such as Corporate Sectors, Finance, Commerce and the Banking Sectors, Custom Departments, etc.
